This qualification offers a well-rounded approach, divided into three key components: Knowledge, Practical, and Workplace.

Course Structure & Methodology:

The course begins with the Knowledge and Practical components, which are completed simultaneously over the first 6 months. This phase includes:

• 22 Live Online Zoom Sessions, providing interactive learning opportunities with expert facilitators to deepen your understanding of the course material.

• A WhatsApp Support Group that ensures continuous support and guidance from day one, allowing for easy communication and problem-solving.

• Access to recorded sessions, resource materials, and quality assurance to support your learning and ensure a comprehensive educational experience.

• Practical application through tasks and activities that reinforce theoretical knowledge, preparing you for real-world challenges.

• Course Material – including the Workplace Portfolio Guide and Learner Guide with templates. 

Once the Knowledge and Practical components are completed, learners will move on to the Workplace Component. During this phase, learners gain hands-on experience at an estate agency under the supervision of a Mentor or Principal, applying what they have learned in a real-world environment.
